The Nair Family
The Nair family has been a long time client, and friend. We met at her work place and immediately clicked when talking about family and photography. Afterwards she mentioned she was looking for a photographer to capture her son’s ceremony, which was him being introduced to rice for the first time. Throughout the years 2, kids were born and started developing wonderful personalities. 5 years after doing the rice ceremony, and several sessions in between, we went to Innis Woods and did a family shoot. It was great to see the kids again and be more comfortable in front of the camera, since I basically just had them be them. It was nice seeing 2 siblings get along, as well as seeing a family I’ve known for a while grow so well. They were excited to play around the fields and sing with flowers being their microphone (as displayed above) The little girl had 2 dresses she wanted to show off, one of which was a beautiful blue with cut-out butterflies hanging among the collar. Later on the boy put on his fancy new suit and walked beside his sister throughout the park. Spring sessions provide beautiful flowers, colors, temperature, lighting, and a breath of fresh air.
